| Deacons 
 Deacons at Highland Park work with the ministerial staff to to promote the spiritual growth and welfare of the congregation.
They visit church members, prepare and serve communion, and promote peace, harmony and the spirit of goodwill among the membership.
Highland Park has 18 men and women who serve as administrative church deacons. The 2007-2008 board consists of:
