  Highland Park Baptist Church is a
Christ-filled congregation of about 300.
We have a 55-year history in the Highland
Park West neighborhood of Austin, Texas.
We invite you to visit us.
Highland Park is both Baptist and progressive. We are seeking to interpret Jesus’ teachings of grace and love for the distinct challenges of living in our time and place.
We firmly believe in the ordination of both men and women as ministers and deacons, as reflected in our church staff and deacons.Our programs for adults, children and youth emphasize Christian education, outreach to the community, spiritual development and care and concern for all.
Church membership is open to all through profession of faith, transfer of letter and watchcare — a dual membership at Highland Park Baptist.
We are affiliated with: Cooperative Baptist Fellowship, Baptist General Convention of Texas, Alliance of Baptists, Baptist Joint Committee for Religious Liberty, Austin Baptist Association, Boy Scout Troop 410, Cub Scout Pack 55
