| Missions 
  One of the core identities of Highland Park Baptist Church is social service through mission activity.
We support many local, national, and worldwide organizations with volunteers, food, clothing, money and time.
We join with other groups to provide many services including building churches and starting health clinics.
We have an active Women's Missionary Union (WMU) that spearheads many of our mission acitivities. Our church has been active since 1994 in the River Ministry along both sides of the Texas/Mexico border, and since 2004 as a host church to house homeless families in the Interfaith Hospitality Network.
